TROPHIES & PRIZES

On trophy races, hardware plus loads of door prizes are on hand. For the Winter Series trophies for the final points finishers will be presented at the final along with hopefully some season end prizes!

PITTING

Our indoor track is equipped with track side pitting, tables are provided to us by the building along with power and chairs. Spots are marked, we ask to make sure you don't have too many larger unnecessary items because the pit area can be tight at times!

TRANSPONDERS

NOTE any 2 wire transponder will work, 3 wires DONT! A transponder is required to race, we have limited rentals.

the Track

our track is a temporary setup in our local community hall, the track is about 30x60 and we use grey ozite carpet. We have multiple pre-built wooden jumps and obstacles we bring along in an enclosed trailer to construct different layouts each time!

REGISTRATION

Registration fees will differ depending on what event, for points races there is no official pre-registration. We just ask you join the Facebook event so we have a good guess on the turnout.

ONSITE LUNCHES

The Downie Optomist Club serves lunches for us on race days! A variety of meals rotating race to race, drinks and chips also sold, along with Coffee and Donuts in the morning!

OFFSITE FOODS

There are a few locations within about 8-10 minutes, both fast food and sit down options

RACE PROGRAM

we run three rounds of rocket round qualifying, to seed a round of mains, mains are 5 + 1 bump. Qualifers are at a four minute length where mains are six minutes each, a maximum of 90 seconds are ran between each heat, as we run with a live loop, more information regarding the format is discussed during the raceday drivers meeting.
